Renchi Don Purdue has over 36 years experience in karate. Renchi Purdue began learning Karate while in High School, and continued his training in the United States Marine Corp. Renchi Purdue is a Renchi Degree in Chito-Ryu-Yoshu-Kai Karate, a 6th Degree Black Belt in Okinawa Kenpo, a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kobudo (the way of the weapons), and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Sascebo Karate.

In 1990, Renchi Purdue was ranked Number one Black Belt, and was Heavy Weight Free Sparring Champion by Alabama Karate Circuit. Renchi Purdue was ranked in the top National Heavyweight Sparring division, 1986, 1988, and rated number 12 overall by NASKA, and rated Number two in the Light Heavy Weight Division, 1988.

In 1986, Renchi Purdue was Overall Kata State Grand Champion by A.K.A., and Overall Fighting State Grand Champion by A.K.A. in 1988. Renchi Purdue is a fifty time grand Champions' Winner, and was State Champion Free Sparring of the Alabama Karate Association, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988


Renchi Purdue was an American Airline Team Member in 1986, 1987, 1988; and attended the National Karate Team Championships.
